When troubleshooting your connection try these options:

WebAccess via Secure Proxy:
In this configuration, a web server with a signed certificate acts as a proxy to the WebAccess server, allowing your browser to verify the secure certificate without prompting you.
Normal View: WebAccess 1, WebAccess 2
Basic View: WebAccess 1, WebAccess 2
Simple View: WebAccess 1, WebAccess 2

Encrypted WebAccess:
In this configuration, you are contacting the WebAccess server directly over a secure connection, however, since this server does not have a signed certificate, you must manually answer the prompt to accept the WebAccess server's self-signed certificate.
Normal View: WebAccess 1, WebAccess 2
Basic View: WebAccess 1, WebAccess 2
Simple View: WebAccess 1, WebAccess 2
